David Silver began his career with the Network through an internship at the University of Tampa, and has been a driving force with The Teague Financial Group since. David studied Entrepreneurship while in college and feels like it helps him understand the complex needs of small business owners. “In small business, the business is the key asset in any financial plan. Protecting, growing, managing, and creating a key exit plan is the only way to ensure success. Most of the small business owners I work with have taken several steps to achieving this, but need an expert to come in and essential become an Offensive and Defensive Coordinator.”
David takes great care in developing long-term client relationships and learning how he can help each one of his clients. In 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 David was recognized as Financial Representative of the year. In 2008 David was given the extremely prestigious award of being named by The Tampa Bay Business Journal, 30 under 30. This award recognizes 30 business leaders in the Tampa Bay area who are on the fast track for success. He was also awarded #3 in the Nation with the Mike Gish Award, an award that recognized hard work, education, and dedication to serving his clients. In 2009 David was honored by winning The Platinum Award, an award that recognizes the # 1 Financial Representative in the southern region.
David earned his CLTC certification in 2009 and his CLU certification in 2011.
